How to organize a PDF

  1. Step 1: Select or drop your PDF to see its pages.

  2. Step 2: Drag thumbnails to change the order.

  3. Step 3: Rotate, delete or insert blank pages where needed.

  4. Step 4: Click Apply changes and download the new PDF.

All page edits in one place

Fixing a document often takes several small changes at once: a scanned page that's upside down, a duplicate to remove, an appendix in the wrong spot. Doing them together on one screen saves you from running the file through several tools.

Blank pages are handy for double-sided printing or for leaving room for handwritten notes. PDFacile needs no account, and each file can be up to 100 MB.

What happens when you apply changes?

Thumbnails are drawn in your browser. When you click Apply changes, only your plan (page order, rotations, deletions and blank pages) is sent along with the PDF, and our server builds a new document by copying the pages you kept in that order.

Pages are copied, not re-rendered, so text stays selectable and images keep their quality. Bookmarks and interactive form fields from the original file are not carried over.

Frequently asked questions

Can I rotate just one page?

Yes. Each thumbnail has its own rotate left and rotate right buttons, so you can turn individual pages without touching the rest.

Does organizing reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied as they are, so nothing is recompressed or rasterized.

Will bookmarks and form fields survive?

No. The page content stays identical, but bookmarks and fillable form fields from the source PDF are not kept in the reorganized file.

What happens to my file afterwards?

Your upload is deleted as soon as the new PDF is built. The result can be downloaded for 30 minutes, then it is deleted automatically, or you can remove it right away with Delete now.
